answered paid for 42 The Skypark.. Didn't receive it

I recently bought 42 The Skypark for microsoft flight sim 2020 via  Orbx Direct paid for in full.. It then prompted me to download via Orbx Central.. After installing Orbx Central there is no download available and it wants me to purchase the 42 The Skypark again... Any help as to where I could find the download file, it would be much appreciated.. Thanx, Martin.

Hello Martin,

welcome to the forums.

I see your product in your Orbx Direct account and as John writes,

once you log on to Orbx Central, using the same credentials as you

do for Orbx Direct, you will be able to install it.

Ich habe mir das Produkt grade auch gekauft im Central und kann die Datei nicht finden Geld ist gezahlt und habe mich auch weiter in Der Central angemeldet angemeldet. ich weiß nicht was ich tun kann mir bitte ein helfen?
