perohijo Posted January 24, 2021 Share Posted January 24, 2021 Hello. I just bought LOWS and EGMC, and immediately two problems popped up. The first one was on EGMC where the FR are about 10 to 15. I went to LOWS and the performance is excellent, but then I could not get stairway service and I had the same answer on any gate "not available try latter" The last time I tried, the option it gave me was to "disconnect the jetway" were there was none connected and did not get an answer when requested the disconnection, see screenshot. I have some issues with performance on some airports, and good performance on others. I don't know why the performance is low on EGMC, I tried with several different settings, but is the same. The performance on LOWS is very good so I think there is some issues similar to what happens with KBUR. That one has improved, but I never got an actual solution for the problem. I assume it is the location, but I stated on that support request, Santa Barbara KSBA has pretty good performance. Similar issues occur with KBCE Bryce Canyon. It has been a week and I had no replies to my support request. I'm pretty sure you guys are busy, but so are we, or in my case I am, but I'm pretty sure a week is a bit too much to get a response. I requested support from Aerosoft for a similar issue and even though they are usually slow to respond, they have responded twice about my issue, and I requested that support the same day I did yours.
