Errors Encountered while installing Product

Hi @Nick Cooper,


I seem to be having the same issue as this user above. I have opened the Orbx Central Downloader page and cleared for the temporary files as well as the backup. However, I see to have no luck as it is still saying "1 file(s) failed to extract". 


Any direction you can give would be fantastic!
