RealSimPilot Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Hello, I have an issue that sounds pretty weird. I couldnt believe it myself at first but I got proof. I purchased Chicago landmarks close after release in the Central. I do 100% know this because I did stream it on twitch about a week ago. Yesterday I had to uninstall and reinstall MSFS completely because of storage reasons. When I wanted to reinstall my addons, Chicago was gone from my Central account. Instead I found Seattle. Which I never purchased on the Central because I already did that in the ingame marketplace. Now I have Seattle twice (it even shows up twice in the game) and Chicago is gone. I am 100% sure my Chicago got swapped against Seattle by some system error. Who could possibly help me with that? regards Holger
Nick Cooper Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Hello Holger, I can confirm that only Landmarks Seattle is in your Orbx Direct account, purchased on 15th December at the same time as one other product. If you prefer to have Landmarks Chicago, please use a Support Ticket to ask for an exchange.
