ONLINE VALIDATION not working for Global BASE (internet is ok)

I reinstalled FSX on a new machine and now installing all addons.  I purchased Orbx in 2014 and I have all the info, but the "OrbxFTXGlobalBase310.exe" can't connect to server.  I get the following message: "Validation failed.  Timed out on connecting.  Please ensure you are connected to the internet and click Next to try again."  I am connected to the internet, hence this post.

 

Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike, welcome to the forums

 

Things have changed drastically since 2014, so you will first need to transfer your products to an Orbx Direct account as per the below topic.

 

 

Then you will ned to install the new app called Orbx Central to install them, as per the below topic.
