Zetava
Hello, Recently I had to install new OS on my PC; As your customer had purchased some Global and Airport products; Now I reinstalled Flight Simulator X - Deluxe Edition and the latest Orbx Central. When searching for my products, the message is: "There are not products that match your selected filters". Strange is the fact that it only shows the new FS20, which I never had. As these Central is new(I guess) will you please clarify how should I deal with it or perhaps download another version of Central? Thank you. Doug Sawatzky
Hi Jose When you open Orbx Central you should be able to click on the arrow to the right of the simulator name to open a drop down menu, then select the simulator you wish to install to. Zetava
Hi Doug, Did what you suggested but nothing happen... Shall my Orbx Central be brocken and have to reinstall? Cheers Jose
Doug Sawatzky
What simulators are showing in the list? If your FSX is not showing, you will need to run it once first so Orbx Central knows where to look for it.
Zetava
The simulator showing is Microsoft Flight Simulator; No arrow to open other simulators. Did as you said, run the flight simulator X and nothing has changed. Cheers Jose
Doug Sawatzky
Please use the FSX Registry Utility found at this link https://www.tweakfs.com/store/free_tools.php and use the "Set Path" option and point it to your FSX installation.
Zetava
Doug, I have FSX running on a Windows 10-64 Bits system, now; I tried it once at Windows 7 and it worked. If you would not mind I will try it tomorrow and if does not solve, will contact support again. Do you agree? Thank you very much. Jose
