YBDG Bendigo regional airport, in Victoria Australia. Is not in MSFS.

Hi All,

 

Sadly this major Victorian regional airport has been omitted by the MSFS developers, wondering if Orbx as it was born in Australia would mind passing this on to Asobo Or would consider doing a scenery pack to correct this?

 

Bendigo is in every other world flight simulator.

 

pretty sure the town is there, but no airport?

Damn clouds interfering with satellite mapping  - that is the reason. Shows up nicely in Google Maps.

I installed the scenery and I get a large white rectangle where the photoreal ground textures should be, the runways and buildings are there, but no ground textures.  Any suggestions on why?

I have the same, maybe since the last msfs patch the airport needs to be updated to be compatible?

Just checked the seneries and the one that works best is:

The airport in the original link no longer works properly in v 1.9.5.

Hello,

while it is indeed very kind of you to post links to freeware, these are still the

Orbx commercial products support forums and not really the place to start

support topics for other developers' products.

It has already become clear that MSFS and its SDK is a moving target and

that what works now, may not work after the next MSFS update.

Everyone must make their own decisions and mine, based on my experience

with them so far, is not to add any freeware airports or aircraft.
