Orbx library does not want to update

When I click the update button a rectangle box pops up and it says a communication error has occurred while trying to perform the action, I can't configure the other things I purchased.

Please take a look at the Orbx Central user guide, where you will find a section on this problem.

If that does not help you solve the problem, please go to the Orbx Central\Settings (the toothed wheel at the top)\Help and open the log.

Save a copy and attach it to your next post.

Hey, thank you for kindly replying to my comment. I’m trying to update my library but there’s a communication issue, I did as instructed in the guide, but nothing changed, I just learned that old prop is not connecting to my WiFi and I can’t see the effects on my 787 immersion, but everything else works fine (Chaseplane,Traffic live,active sky,)Everything I downloaded through Orbx works great except the libraries that don’t want to update, and I also want to reinstall precipitfx and with the communication error it can’t do it.

Ok..so I did the troubleshoot compatibility and it didn't work. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and it didn't work. My computer is up-to-date. Everything was working fine, my computer is only 1 year old. One day I enter Orbx and I find out I can't update or install programs, I've followed every instruction and I don't seem to find the problem. Please help. I followed the instructions on the links sent to me and I cant do a windows update because when I click the link it says the download is no longer available. I've redownloaded the windows (visual c++, microsoft visual c++) my computer's on windows 10. I'm stuck.
