This pop-up message has appeared on a fresh install of latest P3D4. https://postimg.cc/gallery/fJ31Vn6 Any clues to what could have gone wrong? Background: Had P3D previously installed on same Windows installation, but onto a different hard drive. Your transaction ID / receipt number is 5f60bfd815061

OC notified about success, sim did it's thing at start-up, still getting the error. Great response time by the way.
Doug Sawatzky Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Ok, please do a verify files of the Orbx Libraries.

Doug Sawatzky Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Thanks Does the Add-on.xml exist in that location? if so maybe just delete it. Then do the sync simulator and verify files again.

Doug Sawatzky Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Ok, I just noticed your Orbx Libraries are installed to F:\P3D4, which is a different location than the error message shows. So maybe edit the library location as required.

Doug Sawatzky Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Maybe try a verify files of Orbx Objectflow.

Guest Josh Koz Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Hi @GraySkies The screenshot indicating 'Could not load F:\Orbx Library\p3dv4\Add-On.cfg" indicates that something is pointing to the wrong place. Orbx Central will never place an Add-On.cfg file within the p3dv4 folder of the library. Does this file exist?

GraySkies Posted October 4, 2020 Author Posted October 4, 2020 This issue has been probably pinpointed to an another vendor's product. You can mark this resolved, i'll chime in if new evidence arises.
