answered Products purchased in 2011 not appearing in My Products list.

I have the product registrations for 2 airports in Victoria purchased  May 30, 2011. They do not appear as purchased products on my list of products.

For right or wrong, I have tried to validate the programs through opening the Zip files, but it just seems to"Time Out"  continuously. I have all the registration

details on "FlightSimStore emails. Will send files if needed.

Nick, Unless you havn't got the two emails, one from Flightsim store and other from Orbx sim. systems, I don't know what other info you need. Please let me know either way. Thanks.David
