You may need to launch or reinstall the simulator to regenerate it. FSX Steam Edition, i tried to verify files option which didn't make any difference so uninstalled FSX and re-installed. I'm still getting the same message, The simulator works but i'm unable to install any of my Orbx products, I have not made any changes to FSX but have not used it for some time and I installed a new version of Orbx Central as it was out of date. Nick Cooper Posted September 3, 2020 Share Posted September 3, 2020 Hello, there is a backup scenery.cfg file in the FSX folder which should replace yours. You will need to delete Programdata\Microsoft\FSX\scenery.cfg first, or Programdata\Microsoft\FSX-SE\scenery.cfg, if you have both FSX versions installed. Then run FSX again.
