answered failed to convert during install

I am installing the 3 true earth north south and central they fail to convert after download, installation and extraction. I just get message fail to convert verify files. I do the verify files and get same message can anybody help, thank you.

Hello,

if they all fail to convert, perhaps you are missing one or more of the

prerequisite software.

 

 

If that does not work, please attach a copy of your Orbx Central log file.
