Issue: No Utilities file

I have just attempted the Chaseplane migration, all went well until trying to find the files that are supposed to be in the Orbx Central "utilities", there doesn't seem to be a "utilities" file/folder. I did get a message telling me I had "new files" towards the end of the process. Help please, thanks

:( Sorry not going to happen. I did the migration of Chaseplane   and when I go to Central Utilities as advised, to install it all I get is a window advising me to pay $57.00  It is listed but no option as to how to install it without purchasing. Could I get help  with this please. Thanks.

Hello Don,

it would appear that the licence transfer was not successful, can you try again please?

Thanks Nick, I've since found it, must have had a DUH! moment previously, I've put up another post relating to this, as when I go into Utilities and select Chaseplane I don't get any way to activate it, only a window  saying I have to pay $57, there is a box    that says open with Central, but that also just goes to a purchase screen.

Hi Nick,

Same result unfortunately. I went through the process again, (pics attached), and got the same result, no install window. I don't know  about the difference - this time there was no VFX folder to delete as I did that the first time, otherwise the procedure was the same.

Thanks Nick, appreciate your help. Did as you suggested unfortunately with the same result. If the software - Chaseplane is listed in the utilities  with other //42 software, when highlighting Chaseplane should it not come up with a message "you own this product" as it's now in Orbx management?

Hello,

yes it should, but before it does, a successful licence transfer from Oldprop solutions must have happened.

In your case, something seems to have gone wrong.

For this reason, I commend you to the Oldprop solutions support link, posted above.
