elsmoko
I would like to disable Vector for Kanton Island ( PCIS ). How do I accomplish this ? Troubleshooting the problem by systematically disabling / enabling FSX scenery in the Library I detemined that the problem vanishes when the Vector APT, CVX and EXX sceneries are disabled. Vector is awesome, but I need to hide it from PCIS. Thank you, Ken Boardman

elsmoko
Hi Nick, The airport doesn't need elevation correction. I'd just like to know how to set things up so that Vector has no effect in the area of the island / airport Best regards, Ken

Nick Cooper
Hello, I see your second topic and have merged them. Apologies for not replying sooner. The only way is to research how the Vector files are assigned to each part of the virtual world, then identify which part of the virtual world your island is in and disable the files for that area. elsmoko
Thank you Nick. I'll get three of my Vector monkeys on this immediately be cause I'm guessing this job is "over my head". Is there a guide for this sort of job / research somewhere ? I'd like to try this but not sure how to approach it. Best regards, Ken
Nick Cooper
There is not. There are those who are experts in the field but I am not one of them.
