robpol471
Quote After performing the installations with Central v4.1.6 I see that in C: the folders with the downloaded files remain for the installation which are not delete at the end of the installation and which obviously occupy large space. Doug Sawatzky
Hi Are you referring to the temp folder? Have you selected a custom location for the temp folder using Orbx Central? You can go to settings\downloader and clear the temp folder and choose a different location.
Nick Cooper
Or are you referring to the Orbx product backup folder? What is there to be seen inside the folder(s)?
robpol471
I solved. They were backup files. I have disabled the backup function in Central.I take this opportunity to ask what is the procedure to close Orbx Central after its use, because in Windows Task Manager the program is always active as shown here:https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img924/2445/WG1zLE.png
Nick Cooper
Hello, there is a setting that is ticked by default which does not close Orbx Central but minimises it to the task bar. Remove the tick from that box and it will then close.
robpol471
Hi Nick,The only thing I have found, by right clicking on the Orbx Central icon and on the bar is "Add / remove from the bar of applications but with " remove " Orbx Central always remains in the background. It only eliminates from the background if you manually "End Task" in Task Manager. If kindly can you tell me if you are referring to this "remove" or can you tell me something more detailed about where this setting is.Thank you.Roberto.
