What products can not be installed to Orbx Library

Hello Forum. Been out of the loop a while and see that Central has been updated a few versions.

As per the title, what products can be migrated to a Library instead of residing in the main P3D folder? Currently, I still have all my "Global" listed products installed in the main P3D folder (Base pack, Trees, Vector, and Open LC products).

Can they now be migrated to the Library? Would be worth having a sticky post here that outlines what can and can't be installed to the library.

Thanks

Global Base can now be installed into a library if you're running P3Dv4.5 HF2+. This can only be done on a new install as Global Base cannot be migrated.

There are a few other select products that can only be installed into a library or the simulator due to certain simulator limitations. As mentioned by others in this thread, ESKS and EGTH can only be installed into the simulator due to clashes with the default airport database.

Wow, P3Dv5 is already on HF2? Thought it was only just released.

OK, either way, I'm still on 4.5 and probably will be for a a while. So I can go ahead and migrate all my Global programs, except Global Base, to my Orbx Lybrary. I don't own the two airports that must be installed to the P3D folder.

Thanks. Might be a good idea to make a sticky with this info, it is not readily available and would be easier to update as changes occur.

Whoops, forgot we were still in 2020 ;)  P3Dv4.5 HF2 is what I meant.

Migrating the global products has mixed results due to how much those products modify core P3D files. While it is possible and does often work, I wouldn't recommend it if everything works fine and you've got plenty of disk space.

OK, I have P3Dv4.5HF2

So if I want all my global products in the library, I can uninstall all the global addons, and re-install the scenery portion of P3D, then install fresh the global products into the library. Is that right?

Thanks again

I have migrated LEBB and LOWI from P3Dv4 to Orbx library and everything seems to go well, but I have received a message :

Path Not Found :

F:\P3D-V4\Orbx\FTX_GLOBAL\FTX_AA_LEBB\scenery\*_objectflow.xml

What to do please ???

Thanks
