You have a freeware at https://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=153978 which contains a list od Botswana and Namibia airports. You have also https://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=153978 which contains a similar list of airport + altitude correction files (includes FBKE) EDIT : Found also a file concerning only Kasane with an altitude fix... https://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=134701 Much nicer... Now that P3DV4.5 HF2 decides to keep the lattest airport altitude found, you have to ensure that Navaid data is BELOW (all) your scenery.
