clintos96
Are we able to have an option to turn night lighting off for black marble users?

clintos96
Sorry Nick. After turning off that file via the scenery library and verifying my files I've started to receive this. Just outside of Abu Dhabi
Nick Cooper
Hello, the two things cannot be connected. Try turning it back on, Why did you Verify files?
clintos96
I've turned it back on and still receive the issue. Also in the past when I've had this issue verifying the files have fixed it.

clintos96
No luck, also tried what you quoted and it completely bricked my simulator.
Nick Cooper
Hello, that is not the usual result. Try unticking open LC Africa and replacing the lclookup.bgl with the default one that I have attached. Delete the terrain.cfg file and then run P3D. That should reset everything to default and if it does not, at least you have ruled out your new product. lclookup.bgl
clintos96
I've managed to get my sim back without losing anything. It's bizarre that I got this issue from verifying my files
Nick Cooper
It does look like you have problems still. Usually, Verify files, renaming/deleting the lclookup file and the terrain.cfg file works but before running the simulator, one must verify files for the Orbx Libraries and run Sync Simulator before running P3D again. clintos96
Yeah I tried all of that to no prevail. Would an uninstall and deletion of all files LC Africa related then full reinstall do the trick?
Nick Cooper
It should, yes. It must be worth a try. There is nothing wrong with the product itself.
clintos96
You wouldn’t be able to list the correct files would you? Knowing my luck I’ll remove the wrong one.
Nick Cooper
Orbx Central will do it for you but if you want to check, after it has, they are these four folders:

clintos96
Hi Nick, Even after an uninstall and a reinstall I still seem to have night textures during the day time. I checked at a different airport FACT and it's fine. Must be something to do with Abu Dhabi?
clintos96
Okay I've done a test with Simbreeze Abu Dhabi OMAA uninstalled. I don't get the black texture showing and I also get a lot more landclass around the default airport. Okay I have found the solution. Turns out OMAA developer included landclass in the scenery. To use LC Africa landclass and avoid the black textures turn off the LC_6223.bgl in the scenery file for Simbreeze Abu Dhabi. Many thanks for your assistance Nick
