active orbxcentralworker failed to launch

Good Day  i have problem  with Orbx central  , after install    one or two or more scenery , in normal mode without problem ,   appear message Orbx central worker not work  ,    i have attempt and verify all pre requisites   ,  installed net  3.1  and have visual cc+  etc...       have always problem ...      ok  bello attach mi central log data  and cmd images 
Please if possible send me solution

Please try the following

• Open your task manager and close Orbx Central
• Uninstall Orbx Central via 'Add or remove programs' on your computer
• Download Orbx Central again from https://orbxdirect.com/central
• Install Orbx Central
• Try to run it again
