WHY? Downlord Queue {There are no products in the queue

Hi, welcome to the forums

 

Could you please post a copy of the central.log found at settings/help/open log...but please do not open it and copy and paste the contents, but rather just save as to your desk top and attach it to your next post.

 

Also, please post a screenshot illustrating what the issue is.
