Simulator:  Prepar3d v4.5

Issue:  Orbx central launches, normally and I can see that ORBX central is open as the central logo is in the task bar. However, when I click on the "preview screen" nothing happens, as if the program window doesn't exist. I try to actually go into central the main program window doesn't expand or open up. I've reinstalled multiple times, run as admin, I have a single monitor so there is no way orbx is launching on "another display". Any suggestions? I've reinstalled Prepar3d and I need to get all my scenery installed... please help!

Hi Nick, 

 

Thanks for the quick reply, I will check now. In the mean time if you want to watch this quick clip, it may better help you understand what is happening.

Can you try deleting C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Orbx\Central\central.json.

That should reset the screen position and you may be able to see it.

It will also reset all your preferences though, so you will have to reset them.
