Orbx order receipt 5e06d6f8aff70

Hello, the attachment is a screenshot which shows the issue I faced at Star-up after the installation of TrueEarth Washington HD on Xplane 11, could anyone help me address where the issue is? Thank you very much.

Hello, I have done exactly what you adviced me to do but encountering the same issue still.

Btw, I started Xplane 11 at KSEA.

May I guess that it can be the Chinese language of my windows 10 PC which cause this issue? I had the same problem previously with JarDesign A330, but after moving the Xplane folder to disk C, the issue no longer exists. I was told that the installation path should not include any non-English characters. I'm not sure whether the Orbx Central's default destination folder is on a path which includes some non-English content that contribute to the conflict? Thank you very much.

Hello, thank you for all the assistance, I have requested a refund and uninstalled the product from my PC by contacting your support colleage on OrbxDirect.com. Yes, I have tried the method you just mentioned before but it didn't seem to work. And yes, if you are willing to continue providing information in order to address the issue, would you please share this dialogue with Mr. Richard Lincoln to suspend the request?
