I am not being able to download some P3D sceneries.

I read and tried the solution proposed in the other tickets opened by other users reporting this same problem, but they did not solve my case.

Operating system:  Windows 10

Simulator:  P3D v 4.5

Hi Dario

You will need to go to settings/Libraries and create a new Library in a location of your choosing, this is required for the installation of ObjectFlow 2 for Orbx Central, then it will be installed and use 7mb of space in that new folder, and everything will work properly. You do not need to use this folder for anything else, Orbx Central will then give you the choice to install your products to that folder or to the root simulator folder.

Hi Doug,

Yes, I tried this procedure, but nothing happens. No file is installed inside this new library (it remains empty). And the problem persists.

Thank you for your help.

Ok then, please go to "My Products" scroll to the bottom and install ObjectFlow....it should then be installed to the library folder you created.

I would then go to settings/help and run the Sync Simulator function.

Hello,

The problem came back with some sceneries I bought yesterday.

i bought Broome, Arlanda and Bilbao.
Broome installed normally.

For Arlanda and Bilbao I get the message “Library Path does Not Exist”

I created a new library, downloaded ObjectFlow to it, with no success.
I am very frustrated with this recurring problem.
Orbx Central has always worked flawlessly for me. But this problem needs a correction from Orbx ASAP.

You cannot solve a bug with a procedure that customers need to run. Worse than that, the procedure is not working anymore.
Regards,

Dario

Hello,

the Orbx Central developers have broken up for the Christmas period.

Please attach a copy of your Orbx Central log file and I will see if I can

see what is going wrong for you.

Hi @Dario,

Please send us a screenshot of your Orbx Central -> Settings -> Libraries page.

I believe you have created a library within another library, which is why the installation is failing. If you have D:\ORBX Libraries\xp11 set as a library, remove that one from within Central.

Hi @Ben McClintock,

You were right. There was a library named "Main Library" pointing to D:\ORBX Libraries\xp11.

I deleted this library, as you suggested, and I am very happy to report that it solved the problem!!! :)

Congratulations to you and your team for making the ORBX support a model that all other companies should follow.

Thank you and @Nick Cooper so much!

Best regards,

Dario
