Unable to uninstall AU Australia using ORBX Central - Get error message

Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.logcentral.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached




Operating system:  Windows 10

Simulator:  Prepar3d Version4.5.13.32097central.log


Issue:  I would like to install AU Australia 2. However when I tried to, I received a message telling me that I had to first uninstall AU Australia. When I attempted to, I received the following error message: No response received. Message timed out. I only have Orbx Object Flow in my library located at C:/Users/User/Orbx Library. All my scenery appears to be working normally.
