Reset password email never sent!?!?!!?

Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached



Hello Orbx staff,


I have just opened FTX Central v4 and for the first time ever it has asked for my password!??!   I for the life of me can not remember because I have it "stored/remember" on my machine. Just so that its another password I do not need to remember in this IT world....

Anyhow....I have clicked on "Request Password Reset Email" and well blow me down I never get an email from ORBX with a new password?!?!   I have been waiting for ages for such email to arrive but nothing!??!

How can i get my FTX Central v4 to work please and stop asking me for a password?!!?
