JoseCFII
I always remove the default waves because I just don't like the way they look. I've seen others waves that look good, but the default and the waves that Vectors adds, I just do not like these. How can I remove or replace them? Thanks. JoseCFII
Issue resolved. Removed orbx wave from effects folder and now the waves do not show.
Larry_R
Hi Jose, I might mention that I have finally completed my project of revising all 8 of the different wave effects used in Orbx products. It will be for P3D v4 only for technical reasons. However I don't know when it might be published or exactly in what form; it remains to be determined by the higher ups. So stay tuned... JoseCFII
Sounds great. Looking forward to your update. My favorite right now are the wave and splash fx that come with flytampa YSSY. They look great. But they appear as .bgl files so I can just use them as default wave effects.

djbully
Thank you for this topic. I just disabled my waves. It's just is not any good in p3d V5. It would be really nice to have these as a check box in the vector config somewhere! Or if they do get improved, then that would also be welcomed Cheers, Bully.
