redge
I purchased GB South today. Download/install via ORBX Central is stuck close to completion. See attached screenshot. How to rectify? Transaction ID number: 5de29b9d44243 Operating system: macOS Catalina 10.15.1 Computer: Mac mini 2018 Download/install destination: Samsung T5 external SSD; new, empty directory separate from Steam directory on same drive containing X-Plane installation. Jon Clarke
@Nick Cooper Hi Nick. Can you move this to Orbx Central forum. It maybe a corrupt Orbx Central install or the users MacOS version from what i can gather looking in the Orbx central support forum. this is not something I can answer or help the customer with. redge
Here is the drive/directory structure. My Mac says that ORBX_Libraries directory is currently 165.33 GB (way over 127 GB), with 108 GB free on the drive.
redge
Just realised that I haven't needed, and therefore haven't installed, X-Plane Global Scenery for Europe. Now installing it. If that could be the problem, maybe this will fix it.
redge
In case it was the issue, I installed X-Plane Global Scenery for Europe and then paused and resumed the GB South install. No change. I'm now attempting to install GB South again from scratch.
redge
Ha! My apologies to Jon Clarke, Nick Cooper and anyone else who spent time trying to figure out why I was having a problem installing GB South. Pro tip: Before downloading/installing Orbx products for X-Plane, make sure that you have first installed the relevant X-Plane global scenery, in this case Europe
