VH-KDK Posted November 29, 2019 Share Posted November 29, 2019 High mountains and low cloud didn't leave much room for a flight from L35 Big Bear to L22 Yucca Valley CA. Quite a long take off run for the Cessna 120 with the high altitude of this airport. Crossing Nelson Ridge with just enough clear air to fly in. Thanks Gerold, easier to find if one of the clouds has something solid hidden in it. A very strange livery too with the red bits and the bright red in the cockpit. A shame they never finished it off.
