ORBX Central installing issues

Operating system:  Windows 10

Simulator:  P3D 4.5,  XP11 3.6




Issue:  I tried to install ORBX Central and received the above seen message. My internet connection has not been altered and works fine. Also my firewall settings have not been changed.


Then I tried to start FTX Central instead. It wanted me to log into my ORBX account first, which I did. Very soon thereafter the following screen message appeared:




I have attached the log file. Your kind assistance in this matter is much appreciated!

As this is affecting two completely separate applications the common there is likely a configuration issue with your network or PC.


Common causes for issues like this are: 

  • Firewall
  • VPN
  • Anti-Virus
  • Insecure SSL/TLS protocols supported. (i.e PC supporting TLS 1.2).

Any of the above could be preventing a secure connection to be established.
