gromit
Dear Sir, I have just changed over to Windows 10 and basically have a new computer. I have just installed P3D vers 4.5 and have started the process of re-installing everything. I noticed looking through the new Orbx Central that I could not find the Vector configurator that one uses, or is advised to use, after installing each airport. This tool used to be in Settings but I don't see it there. I just loaded an airport and went to check it in the sim and saw a bunch of cars floating in the air and no airport buildings. Could you please tell me how to find the configurator. Thanks in advance. John Ferriss
Nick Cooper
Hello John, welcome to the forums. If you open the Global Vector product page in Orbx Central, you should see the word "Configure". Clicking on that will open the Vector Control panel. gromit
Hey Nick, Thank you for the information. Getting used to Windows 10 is a challenge but getting stuff back into the sim is proving to be a pain. I will follow your instructions. One more thing, is it still recommended to run the aec after each install? Kind regards, John
Nick Cooper
Hello, it is not really necessary. If you are installing an Orbx region for example, then yes because it has many airports. Otherwise, if you are installing many different products one after the other, just run it when you have finished.
gromit
Hi Nick, Having some problems still. Where is theĀ Global Vector product page. I opened Orbx Central, see a picture of Belgrade airport and some subject headings on the left hand side but I am not sure after that.
