Re-Download Orbx Products

Hello, I am having a problem re-downloading my Orbx products that were purchased. Here is a screenshot.  Every time I go to verify files it says, Error: a

communication error occurred when trying to perform this action.  Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Thank you John, I will try.  Also can you be so kin to delete the receipt, I am feeling a little uncomfortable showing them.  Thank you sir!
