r221979 Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 Hello. I have just set up an account on the ORBX website and I wanted to trial a couple of freeware products. When I click the Manual Download button I get a webpage error (please see attached). Thank you. I also installed ORBX Central with the same result when attempting to download a product. Plus, back in 2012 I purchased: FTX: AU Blue Temperate South. I have my registration keys for the product, but I have lost the installer. Can you please advise where I can download this product again so I can reinstall it onto my system, Thank you.
BradB Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 My guess is that product is long gone , they (Orbx) moved on to AU1 ; now we are at AU2 . Maybe put a support ticket in and Richard Lincoln (Orbx) can help you further . Cheers John

r221979 Posted August 27, 2019 Author Posted August 27, 2019 Hi Nick, thanks for your reply. I am logged onto the Orbx Direct website and I have the options of: Open in FTX Central Manual Download Linux/macOS Download When I click any of the above I get the error page.
Nick Cooper Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 Hello, please don't do any of them. Once the product is added to your account, you will see it in Orbx Central and be able to install it.
