An Error accurred while trying to syncronise Simulator

Hello i need help please!


With the new version of Central 4.0.6 i had the problem that the central 4 cannnot find the simulator to syncronise!

The problem is still from the first relase of Central 4!

I deinstalled and installed the central for 3 or 4 times but nothing helps!

Any idea what i can to???



Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached




Operating system:  Win10 PRO 1809

Simulator:  P3DV4.5

This fix for this issue is explained in this topic:


If you read the first post, manually adding "Required=FALSE" to any scenery config blocks which do not have the required field present, will fix this issue temporarily.


The Orbx Central fix is in the next update which we are aiming to release within the next 24 hours.
