Nick Cooper Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Hello, this is a problem already reported. The developers state that they have been too busy to respond to support requests this week and it is now the weekend. Hopefully they will answer next week. I wish I had the answer to why this is happening to some and not to most but I do not. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Orbx Central.
dave76 Posted August 17, 2019 Author Posted August 17, 2019 what can i say........my OS is windows 10 home.....where can i find error log?
Doug Sawatzky Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Hi Open Orbx Central, select settings\help and click on the blue log file button.

Doug Sawatzky Posted August 17, 2019 Posted August 17, 2019 Can you please post a screenshot of your Orbx Central open like my below example.
dave76 Posted August 17, 2019 Author Posted August 17, 2019 i don't even arrive at that page.......screen couple of post above is the only one i can see.....
Nick Cooper Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Thanks, this is clearly a problem that we support staff cannot solve for you and the others that have reported it. It is to be hoped that the Orbx Central developers will address this after the weekend. Please be patient.
Mitchell Williamson Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Hi! You can find the Central log file by referring to this thread: This issue is most often caused if your system time is set incorrectly. Before trying again, make sure your system time is set correctly.
