can't log in and no loading products and libraries

what is happening is that if i  am able to initially log in, then it does not load xp11 libraries and products and it log me out.......what can i do? thanks a lot for help

Hello,

this is a problem already reported.

The developers state that they have been too busy to respond to support requests this week and it is now the weekend.

Hopefully they will answer next week.

I wish I had the answer to why this is happening to some and not to most but I do not.

 

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Orbx Central.

this is clearly a problem that we support staff cannot solve for you and the others that have reported it.

It is to be hoped that the Orbx Central developers will address this after the weekend.
