Few Questions NEW ORBX Central

Recommended Posts

1. Did a migration of ALL major files but now I have duplicates for example: LDDU ... it's now in both

    c:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_GLOBAL\FTX_AA_LDDU\

    and

    c:\Users\**NAME**\Orbx Library\p3dv4\LDDU Dubrovnik Airport\ORBX\FTX_EU\FTX_AA_LDDU\

2. When I start P3D4 I get an OBJECT FLOW not installed warning

3.  What does it mean: ERROR: There are no builds available for this product

It happens with a few airports like YBBN for example

4. How does LIGHTS CONFIGURATOR work ... there is no 'configure' under options

Operating system:  Win10x64

Simulator:  P3D4.5

Screenshot:

Issue:

You should be able to safely delete C:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_GLOBAL\FTX_AA_LDDU\

Can you upload a screenshot of what this looks like?

It appears some airports didn't have their downloads enabled, I've enabled YBBN now. Let us know if you run into issues with any other airport.

Lights configurator is now directly available in the most recent Global Base update. Once your Global Base has updated, you can find it on the Global Base page in Central by pressing 'Configure'.

WHAO, thank you so much @Mitchell Williamson for you quick and detailed answers. Much appreciated!

When I started P3D now to take a screenshot of the OBJECT FLOW error, everything went through as it should and it seems to work ... I've tested LOWI and LDPL and it seems all the 'people' do their washing, walking, bagging, servicing, cleaning as they should. YBBN is now working, thanks for that and the lights config too.

It seems after one test flight that P3D is smoother too, could be just the aircraft and weather for the test flight and will throw a FSLabs, EDDF, AI, plus weather at it a little bit later and then see if there is a performance difference with all the ORBX scenery outside P3D's main folder.

Thank you once again for your help.

in this example PAGS is no longer in my P3D folder and was migrated outside P3D. The folder 'FTX_AA_PAGS' therefore does not exist anymore?

Confirm that the folder doesn't exist within the P3D/ORBX folder and then run 'Sync Simulator' in Orbx Central. This can be found under Settings, Help. This should clear up that issue.

Hello,

I got the same problem...

I believe this may be due to the non-English characters in your username and the way ObjectFlow handles paths. As a workaround until we can get an ObjectFlow update ready, you may need to move your Orbx library to another location (like C:\Program Files\Orbx Library). You can find out how to move your library in the Orbx Central User Guide under the "Moving a library to another location",

I changed the installation location and it worked. Greetings
