mikemcw
I just installed Global, Vector, and NALC and am very impressed with all products. I did notice something strange though. I took a quick flight from KRYY to KFTY and noticed the following upon landing: Any idea why that landclass would be in the middle of the airfield? I did run the elevation correction tool. Thanks! Stewart Hobson
You don't mention if you installed the Orbx Libs. Have you done so?
Nick Cooper
Hello, this is what is seen using OLC NA. You do appear to have an additional elevation anomaly around the airport. Are you using someone's addon mesh? You seem to have your answer to the landclass anomaly already on the Avsim forums. Quote That's simply incorrect placement of urban landcass by ORBX openLC North America. You should post this anomaly along with the airport ID and coordinates to the ORBX forums and they'll hopefully fix it in a future service pack. Jethro VH-JET
Lot of hangars missing in your pictures as well. I use FSX default for the greater NorthAmerica's except where I use west coast Full Fat Orbx Regions, FTXGlobal base, & 5m Mesh res (stock FSX Mesh) & ED Autogen. The airfield in your shots has an elevation issue and missing many objects. Try also to switch off those hideous lime green Speed Trees in FTX Central. Looks a little different to yours.
