Hello Terry

Let me show you with images it might be easier for you.

Nick I hope you don't mind my interference, I like the image stuff for explaining :)

In your FTX Central go to settings and be sure to tick where it says use Object flow as shown here below:

and then click on save and close your FTX Central

This will create automatically in your PC documents folder this folder:

D5shBOt.jpg

Within it you will find the dll.xml file Nick is referring to.

I60zvx5.jpg

This add-on.xml file will enable Object flow in P3D once you run the sim

When you launch P3D it will ask you  if you want to add Object flow you just click on Yes.

You can verify your objects flow is active in your P3D by going to P3D addons:

You will see the tool is installed.

Then try your scenery

If I'm wrong Nick will correct me

Cheers

Carlos

Thanks, I think Terry is on P3D v3.

In the dll.xml file, you should see

<Launch.Addon>
    <Name>ObjectFlow.dll</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
    <Path>Where P3D is installed\ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS\Scenery\ObjectFlow.dll</Path>
  </Launch.Addon>

If you don't, go to ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS\Scenery and run ModuleInstaller.exe , which

should add that entry.

Thanks Carlos for all your efforts, brilliant explanation, and very helpful, but as Nick said, (and I should also have mentioned) I am on Prepar3d v3.4.

Nick I checked and all was correct in the original file, but I ran the installer regardless. Here is what was in the file. Terry.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252"?>

<SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0">
  <Descr>Launch</Descr>
  <Filename>dll.xml</Filename>
  <Disabled>False</Disabled>
  <Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad>
  <Launch.Addon>
	<Name>as_connect</Name>
	<Disabled>False</Disabled>
	<Path>as_srv\as_btstrp.dll</Path>
  </Launch.Addon>
</SimBase.Document>

Thanks, is there one that reads exactly like this?

<Launch.Addon>
    <Name>ObjectFlow.dll</Name>
    <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
    <Path>Where P3D is installed\ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS\Scenery\ObjectFlow.dll</Path>
  </Launch.Addon>
