I'm going through the process of re-installing P3D v4.4 and all the add-ons.

P3D install went well and it runs okay.

The ORBX Global Base and Vectors packages installed okay except that nothing showed in the scenery library. So, I went through the 'Add Area' exercise (which I thought was a thing of the past with FSX!) and re-ordered the library as advised by 'Smudger' in December 2017. This all seemed to be fine because I did a test flight and everything looked okay.

When I installed OpenLC Europe, again I followed the same sequence but with somewhat different results. Firstly, when I opened P3D to test fly it there was an error message as follows:

SCENERY.CFG file error.

Could not find scenery Area.136's local scenery directory: C:\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_OLC\Scenery

Would you like to unload this area?

I chose the 'YES' option and flew. From my test airfield in the North of England (EGNC) all seemed okay until I got to about 300' AGL and at least half of the scenery was water.

Will uninstalling, deleting, re-donloading and re-installing help?

Hello,

it looks as if you may not have installed the Orbx Libraries yet?

C:\Prepar3D v4\ORBX\FTX_OLC\Scenery does not exist but if

you install the libraries and remove your own Orbx scenery library

entries, FTX Central will do the rest.
