USAIRBRO
I have fully uninstalled KSAN and reinstalled it without incident. I did notice that no jetways (SODE) are visible. All SODE files seem to be in the correct folders though. 2019-2-21_16-29-27-89.bmp
Nick Cooper
Hello, evidently they are not, or those red Xs would not be there. They mean that SODE is expecting the models but cannot find them. For this airport, the models are in C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\SimObjects\ORBX_KSAN You may have to verify the airport files. USAIRBRO
All of the files have been verified and are up to date, but the problem still exists.
Nick Cooper
Hello, have you looked in Windows File Explorer to see what is inside C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\SimObjects\ORBX_KSAN ?
USAIRBRO
Yes. The files are there. That's the weird thing. The red X's are still in the scenery though. No SODE jetways.
Nick Cooper
No doubt the developer will be along to cast light on your problem.
Matteo Veneziani
Hi, this is very weird, could you please post a screen of the files you have inside SimObjects ORBX_KSAN folder? You should have inside: C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml , Orbx_KSAN,xml and inside C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\SimObjects, ORBX_KSAN folder with inside this folder all the data for the jetways ( see the screens ). I'm not sure but if you see the red X is because you are missing the jetway models maybe. If you still have all this things i suggest to uninstall and re-install SODE. USAIRBRO
I corrected the problem. I had to uninstall SODE 1.64 and reinstall it. All is well now. Thanks for the replies.
