jkb
Hello, I was interested in buying scenery covering Western Montana. Does the Bonners Ferry photoreal coverage extend into Lincoln County Montana towns such as Libby and Troy?
Scott Harmes
Hi, No it doesn't extend that far. The PR extends roughly 2-3 NM in each direction from the airport. However, it is a brilliant airport, so I would still recommend it. Cheers,

Ripcord
Check out Turbulent Designs -- they just released an airport in MT and they are in the process of reintegrating themselves back into the ORBX fold. So it is possible, entirely possible, that this one will be sold through ORBX at some point soon.
jkb
Hi thank you all for the information! I'm a bit confused because the product description cited 100 square kilometers. Wasn't sure if that extended into Troy or Libby, but it seemed larger than a few miles.
Scott Harmes
Hi, Unfortunately it doesn't really go close to those areas. Re the size of the scenery, it makes sense if you do some rough maths. I said it extends 2 - 3 NM from the airport in each direction, which was done with an absolute guesstimate on Google Earth. Saying the area was 6NM x 6NM, that is equal to roughly 11km x 11km, which would make the area 121 sq. Km. Cheers,
jkb
Thanks! I was thinking in terms of the total of each side of the perimeter rather than extending from a center point!
