Assuming that you still have FSX installed, once you have installed P3D and run it once, it will appear as an option in an FTX Central start menu. You should open FTX Central for P3D and then install all the products. If you have kept your FSX installation, most of the files will be copied from that FSX installation and downloading will be kept to a minimum.
