noted BIKP and BISI not in AEC scan list

BIKP and BISI have scenery from OpenLC Europe. I ran the AEC auto config scan but it did not find these airports, and the airports are not in the list to disable. I had to manually search for the 2 bgl files for each airport in FTX_Vector_Apt scenery folder

 

BITN is not disabled by the scanner but can be typed in the manual configuration screen to disable
