flyingdrill
I have just bought Meigs, and I want to download it for the Mac, using the cross-platform link. However, Firefox will not open that page. It deems it as unsafe, because it has not been configured properly, and I risk my information being stolen......... This is not very reassuring. I am content to wait for a day or so for this to be corrected, but would appreciate a response to say that it is being attended to. Yes, I know I can create an exception, but I don't feel comfortable doing this, and it really shouldn't be necessary to do with a well-known and respected company like Orbx. Richard Lincoln
Hi, It is likely an issue with Firefox, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please try it with Chrome, I can assure you our software is safe, we do not attach anything that would warrant the False Positive you have encountered. flyingdrill
Thanks Richard. I don't think Firefox was worried about there being a dodgy attachment. It's the fact that the certificate for the download url had apparently not been properly configured. I do see this, from time to time. There was no problem with Chrome, and neither Bitdefender nor Macscan flagged anything unusual.
