Salmon run

My favourite US airline just got a whole lot better.

1.sr1.jpg

This beautiful 737 is about to run up the west coast to it's home.

2.sr2.jpg

Sadly as beautiful as it is there are many dangers on the way.

3.sr3.jpg

The weather may be a problem.

4.sr4.jpg

The weather does look good at the moment, but still many miles to go.

5.sr5.jpg

Could be hungry bears, they love to snaffle a tasty Salmon.

6.sr6.jpg

Possibly a Bald Eagle with dagger like talons.

7.sr7.jpg

There are plenty of anglers who like to tangle with a big tasty salmon.

8.sr8.jpg

Maybe some nets will be strung across the salmon's path.

9.sr9.jpg

Or the many rapids and water falls might tire the salmon to a standstill.

No it is none of these. A few seconds after this shot was taken zaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap Bloody OOM. Stupid me, next time I will knock the slides back once I am at 30000ft, don't need the detail so high up.

Oh well, I enjoyed the flight while it lasted and learnt something.

Great work Matteo, we will all look forwards to your next wonderful project.

Cheers Tom, my favourite time of day for flying. I like the dawn colours and the transition into daylight.

Amazing Martyn!  What a beautiful set and man that livery is superb!

I was chuckling at your comments till you got the OOM.

Hopefully soon OOM will be a wretched memory.

Thank you Jack, my ears pricked up when I saw this livery, beautifully done.

I don't have this plane, is it a PMDG?  And where did you find that beautiful repaint?

Can't fly today, severe electrical storm and tornado warnings going off like crazy right now.

Typical weather here.

Have to use my phone, we may lose power again.

They are also the #1 airline here in the states for service . Between Alaska and Delta , they both do a great job for us .You captured their new livery very well my friend . :):)

Cheers

Another nice variation of a plane, to make use of a nice scenery & light. Until the big salmon crashed and fell down.

Thank you Gerold, salmon are like that.

Thanks John, sound like they could teach a certain airline over here a thing or two about service.

"You can't complain about the service, there isn't any."
