14 days ago the spring weather was all but lovely here in Hannover. Time to travel!

Gain speed on the 27R...

Takeoff, and keep the photographer confused with all these clouds.

But descending into Munich the weather was not much better...

At least we finally found a place where simmers can meet and spend some time.

Bad weather but great comparison shots Gerold!

Thanks Karsten, we can not select the weather in real life flights, yet.

Nice ones, Gerold - I like the last one best!

+1 ;)

... a good place for thirsty souls. I chose an alcohol-free cocktail, if anyone suspects harder stuff.

Excellent set Gerold with the usual interesting RL views.

How do you get the photos taking off and landing?

I am not game to try on TG as they greatly emphasise " no electronic equipment to be operated, cameras included, on take off and landing.:ph34r::ph34r:

That would be a strong argument not to fly TG for me, but usually im am so bat in understindin Thai Inglis languig, so I use cimira wheneva I laik. ;)

Honestly I have never heard such restriction of any other airline.

No First, John (it would not make much sense to me, anyway ). But still front rows, as you can see from the engine shots.

I love when you do this Gerold.  I'm gonna do this soon with the airport where I live.  Outstanding real and Orbx.

You know I like this, and I always see Orbx can stand this comparison. Or they improve, as we can see with the recent Vestor update.

A wonderful series of shots and mixture with real and sim.

Thank you, Sammy.

Fantastic caps, I especially like the window shot, nice job! :)

Not an easy job, BTW: The airlines usually (STILL!!) do not clean the windows where they allocate me, so the windows are dirty and the AF of the cameras usually go into "macro" mode instead of "landscape". All airlines that accept my bookings should prepare better!

Great shots Gerold. Come fly Alaska makes your weather look beautiful. Lets do beers.

No doubt with the weather. But... do you mean beers or bears :D?
