I discovered this interesting small plane which is new to me.

We are leaving EO92 Quakenbruk.

Passing the town of Quakenbruk.

3.qw3.jpg

The Autobahn 1 with Dinklage in the distance.

4.qw4.jpg

Dummer See with the villages of Lemforde, Hude and Llembrach.

5.qw5.jpg

The Mittelandkanal and the Weihen Hills which will lead us to our destination.

6.qw6.jpg

Looking back towards Nettlestedt.

7.qw8.jpg

Now at the interesting town of Minden.

8.qw9.jpg

Approaching EDVY and the Kaiser Wilhelm Denkmal.

46 of these planes were built between 1937 and 1942, they had a metal body with ply wings. They won several long distance events in1938.

They  were used by the Luftwaffe as a light transport aircraft and were the personal transport of Adolf Galland, Albert Kesselring and Ernst Udet amongst others.

Nice tour and interesting plane Martyn.  Metal fuselage and ply wings.  Amazing what they accomplished back then.

Cheers Jack, times have changed but I think I still prefer these older types of aircraft.

The complete aircraft is entry 4 and the livery pack is #2.

Got is all to work in P3Dv2.4 using the EMT. There is a mod for the props and glass too.

Thanks for your comments and interest folks.

Just Googled and found that General Adolph Galland used one as his personal 'ride' for visiting the troops.

Yes OD and a few of the other high ranking officials used them too.

Martyn, are you building some of these planes in your basement or something, there are some I have never seen before and this is one of them!:D  Outstanding shots my friend! :)

Thank you Adam, looks like I have been rumbled!

Amazing flight in my home turf, Martyn. You passed the weekend home of my parents at Lembruch in shot #4. And my company office in #7. Now I know where this strange sound came from!

Now I know where the SAM came from.

Lembruch looks very pleasant with the lake and Minden very interesting.

Thanks Gents for your fine comments.
