Hello Tom,

I am sorry that you seem to be having so much trouble with the software.

The recommended fix is to delete C:\Users\Your name\AppData\Local\Temp\Orbx

and try again.

 

As to your second point, although one dissatisfied customer is too many, I can see

that so far, there are 21293 registrations at Orbx Direct, so it is probably fair to assume

that for the majority, it is going reasonably well.
