simdown42
Hi I have just installed the new P3DV3 CZST Stewart into P3D V 3.1. My aircraft and all objects, eg people and static aircraft are floating off the ground. I have installed latest libraries, disabled UTX and updated Object Flow as instructed by FTX Central and have North America selected all to no avail. I have also just installed four of the other new P3D V 3 airports Alice Springs, Milford Sound, Kenai and Bella Coolla and they are fine. Any help please Thanks simdown42 Stewart FSS0271429
Jon Clarke
Have you made sure that CZST is above your FTX Regions in the Scenery library? Do you have Vector, if so did you run the AEC after installing?
simdown42
Thanks jjaycee1 No Vector installed. I have UTX USA 2 which I disabled. CZST is above FTX Regions. One odd thing. The configuration options window in FTX Central P3DV3 for Stewart is different from all the other new V3 airports. Stewart's says "Manage CZST Stewart P3DV2 Seasonal Changes" which should be P3D V3 I would have thought. I downloaded the file when it was released a couple of days ago so should be for P3DV3. I have installed around 15 or more USA airports with the new P3D V3 installers and all are fine except Stewart. Cheers simdown42
dexthom
Since Bella Coola is OK, I assume that you have PFJ installed?
simdown42
I installed Bella Coola just before Stewart and it's fine. I have Pacific Fjords. As I said i don't understand the configuration for Stewart only being for P3DV2 when all other new quad airports have a different configuration tool in P3DV3 FTX Central. Thanks Cheers simdown42
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, the title in the control panel is irrelevant, it's just a "relic" of when it was first introduced for the airfield and really should read P3Dv2/3. From your description it sounds to me that you may have a third-party add-on file active for that airport; searching your entire sim folder tree for .BGL files with the ICAO as part of their names usually helps finding the culprit. If you're not sure about specific files post a list or screenshot of the results with full file and folder names. Also see for additional tips: Cheers, Holger
simdown42
Thanks for your reply Holger I've searched for CZST and all the files in P3DV3.1 are ORBX files. There are no third party addons in P3DV 3.1 except for UTX V2 USA which I disabled. I reinstalled Stewart to no avail. CZST is above regions in folder and I even reinstalled the new object flow file. Libraries are up to date and FTX Central set to USA. I've tried switching FTX Central back and forth to USA. Is this airport only meant for P3DV 3.2 perhaps? I have installed and run 20 other new quad installer USA airports into P3DV3.1 without a single hitch. I have all ORBX regions installed and working. I have no Vector or ORBX Landclass installed. The only other addons are some European Fly Tampa and Aerosoft airports and REX Texture Direct which I haven't loaded as yet plus some third party aircraft. My P3D V3.1 is pretty pristine. It's no big deal as I have lots of ORBX airports to fly with but it would be nice to get Stewart running correctly. The airport itself looks ok but all the objects including my loaded plane ( default P3D aircraft) are floating. Thanks again Cheers simdown42
nigelgrant
I have FSX and had the same problems. Don't know anything about the Lockheed programs but this fixed my problem at Stewart with the help from a simmer who stated " Please look for a file named CVX Port Stewart.bgl and if you find it delete it." TheNick
Although this thead is over a year old, i figured it out: My installer worked fine, but it installed 3 bgl.off files. No idea why. Just go to your CZST Folder in your ORBX/FTX_NA folder and rename the bgl.off files to .bgl
