chumley
"What a wonderful place. Must be breathtaking in reality" It is breathtaking in reality but sadly significantly less water than depicted in the scenery. Currently it is 30 or so metres short of full at the dam wall and that equates to a massive amount of water. Lake Pedder is adjacent to it and is pretty much full but they only allow a small flow from it to Lake Gordon daily to ensure the platypus habitat is not destroyed amongst other things.
