By UTX you mean Ultimate Terrain X? To get the blending to be correct with the surroundings and to have autogen around the airport you need to have FTX Global. It may work with the autogen if you have another Orbx region installed, but yeah, basically to enjoy the product as we imagined you need that package as well.
